Waverly, the blogger behind the lovely cooking website and blog, Peace and Love in the Kitchen, has decided to start a new feature called “Inspiring Interviews: How Other Parents Get Peace and Love in the Kitchen.” In it, she’ll profile various people and ask each of them the same set of questions about the challenges they face in preparing weeknight meals.
I was so flattered that Waverly asked me to be the first person profiled. You can read the post here. Thank you, Waverly, for the opportunity!
Just FYI, Waverly’s pan bagnat recently won the Best Brown Bag Lunch contest on Food 52, Amanda Hesser’s blog! Waverly even got to hear Amanda utter her name on video and watch her make the winning recipe. [Foodie swoon.]

Congratulations! That’s great. And the profile is fantastic, the picture is incredible, and her site completely rocks. I’m loving all these great blogs!

Swoon, indeed! But, today, it’s back to the business of lost library books, tummy aches, sports, and “what’s for dinner?” Thank YOU, Bettina, for your inspirational interview. Thank you, Bri, for the nice complement. Have a fantastic weekend!
