Earlier this month I shared with you my interview with Andrew Wilder, blogger at Eating Rules, who each October leads thousands of readers in cutting out processed food.
Today I’m thrilled to have my own guest post on Eating Rules as part of the “October Unprocessed” challenge. In it I describe how a recent essay by Dr. David Katz, founding director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center, really got me thinking. Dr. Katz likens today’s “obesigenic” environment to a flood and encourages us to emulate Noah as we navigate our way through it. So in today’s guest post I describe some recent, positive changes I’ve made in “provisioning my family’s ark.”
I hope you’ll head over to Eating Rules to read it and share your thoughts!
