A few weeks ago I told you that I’ve decided, with some reluctance, to discontinue my annual “It Takes a Village to Pack a Lunch” feature. With over 3,500 of my own kids’ packed lunches in the bag (no pun intended) and with neither of them bringing lunch to school anymore, it just seemed like the right juncture to bring the series to a close.
But I also promised a round-up of the best “It Takes a Village” advice and recipes from the last six years – and here it is!
I hope you find this list useful, and know that you can always access this post in the Lunchbox Packing tab under Resources above.
